The tour will start by visiting the Holly Rock of the Acropolis. We will visit the ancient Agora which was used as a commercial, assembly or residential gathering place. The remains of the buildings, the temples, the statues and the exhibits in the small but significant museum will give you a taste of the public and private life of the Athenians. We will walk through Plaka, the most picturesque neighborhood of Athens, built around the slopes of the Acropolis giving a nostalgic touch with its neoclassical architecture. As we walk from Plaka to Monastyraki. We will see another face of the city. Monastyraki flea market is one of a kind for all tastes and wallets. There you will find everything, from tourists’ souvenirs to real rare antiques all wrapped in colorful scenery. You will see many locals in Monastyraki as well as it is popular place among young people.

The walking tour is possible to combine a sightseeing of the rest city with a car in order to cover a full day tour.
